Off Ice Program
Off Ice training is Tuesdays from 5:45 - 6:15 pm at Oceanside Place in the upstairs meeting room.
Sydney Waldie is a qualified professional and certified lifeguard. She is passionate about fitness and is the coach for this season for off ice sessions.
Off ice training is a key factor in skater development. Please come prepared to stretch and work out.

Here is a list of recommended items to bring each session.
A water bottle
Comfortable and stretchy clothes that you can move around in
Long hair tied back
Yoga mat
Comfortable shoes and socks (trainers/runners preferably)
A light snack
